2. Description of Service
Web2PDF provides website-to-PDF conversion services through both a web interface and API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Convert content you do not have rights to access
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Use the service to generate spam or malicious content
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. You must keep your API credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Web2PDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you convert.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
